Welcome
Podere Vecchia Commenda is located at the foot of the ancient medieval village of Massa Marittima and has been completely renovated in recent years.
Immersed in the Maremma countryside among green hills, olive groves and vineyards, it is not far from some of the most beautiful beaches of the Tuscan coast and in a strategic position to quickly reach many attractions local, but also larger and well-known cities such as Grosseto, Siena, Pisa, Livorno and others.
Our farm is a small family-run structure consisting of only three apartments and can therefore accommodate a small number of people, who can enjoy space, privacy and tranquility and they are always at the center of our attention.
OUR APARTMENTS
We have renovated the apartments so that they were charming, practical and adapted to the needs of our guests and we equipped them with everything necessary to make them comfortable and welcoming. </ span>
The accommodations are lovingly cared for in every detail and each of them is furnished differently, with its own style and different from the others.
Our guests deserve to find an excellent environment, so we pay particular attention and care to cleaning, because a perfectly clean and sanitized environment helps to feel at ease since from the first moment.
The apartments are all located on the ground floor with an independent entrance from the front garden of the house, adjacent to each other. Each apartment offers a comfortable living area with sofa and satellite TV, a kitchen with a wide range of utensils and crockery, a bathroom with shower and bidet, a large sleeping area and a spacious furnished porch where you can eat outdoors and relax enjoying of a beautiful panoramic view.
The apartments are all equipped with heating, mosquito nets and double glazing, there is also a washing machine for common use outside.
Private and free parking and wifi are available to guests.

Sustainability
We love nature and we consider it a fundamental value, to be treated with respect and care. For this reason we have completely renovated the farm trying to create an environment with high energy efficiency, adopting renewable energy sources and reducing heat loss, with a view to maximum sustainability. Our work is based on the constant and progressive reduction of the environmental impact.
